  • Refunds are limited

  • No outcome or settlement amount is guaranteed

  • Decisions depend solely on banks/NBFC policies

Before starting work, we inform clients about:

  • Service fees

  • Scope of work

  • Documentation requirements

Payments are for time, expertise, and support, not for guaranteed results.

4. Client Cancellation Options

4.1 If NO Work Has Started

  • Partial refund

  • Admin and processing fees may be deducted

4.2 If Partial Work Has Started

Refund amount depends on the work done, including:

  • Consultation

  • Case evaluation

  • Document review

  • Drafting emails/letters

  • Communication with banks (with client approval)

4.3 If Major or Full Work Completed

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Client is uncooperative

  • Client misuses our services

  • Client behaves abusively

  • Client engages in illegal/ unethical actions

Refunds in these cases may be fully or partially denied.

✅ 6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Bank/NBFC rejects settlement or offers a different amount

  • Client hides documents or delays the process

  • Client stops responding after work begins

  • Client changes mind after work has started

  • Work has been completed as agreed

  • External factors (legal/financial) stop the settlement process

  • Refund review time: 7–14 business days

  • If approved, refund transfer time: 5–14 business days

  • No cash refunds — only bank transfer/UPI/original payment mode

✅ 8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to:

  • Contact us first to resolve issues

  • Avoid filing unauthorized chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:

  • Service termination

  • Legal action

  • Blacklisting from future services
